Excellent Stay! We loved the property. The staff was very kind and polite. They were also very attentive to service. Everyone did their best to make our stay an amazing one! Big thanks to Rebeca and Diana from reception. Dayana from the Concierge area. Gilberto, Diana, Nanci, Porfirio, Victoria, Yossias, Victor and Raul from the restaurants and beverages. We truly enjoyed the buffet at Mosaico, it was a great selection. We also thank Betty from the vibe team, as well as Yennis. We highly recommend this hotel. The atmosphere is great for families, we loved how they try to preserve all the natural areas. We were able to see a turtle nesting on the beach, A beautiful experience! Although we had a small situation in our room, the reception and David helped us fix the problem swiftly. We also want to thank Eduardo from departure. These are some names that we are sharing, however, the entire staff at the property made our experience an incredible one! The location is also excellent. We love the Marina Vallarta área. I was able to get a really good sleep. Noise was not a problem in our room. From my perspective, cleanliness was great. The property felt clean and comfortable. The value offered was excellent. I truly believe it was worth it.
Booked a Room to use for the day while on a Cruise
The hotel would not entertain a check in before 3pm. Pool food is terrible, drink service is slow at the pool. Hard to find seats at the pool. Check in process is very slow, they still have paperwork! Checking out on the same day I had to fill out more paperwork! Antiquated processes.
