Cons When I arrived to the hotel after a long day of traveling Fabian helped me checking in for two nights, when I to my room the first thing I did was to take a shower, but when I came out of it I found stain towels so I used one that I found clean to come out. So I want to my bed but I notice dust and a blonde hair in the night stand so I revised the bed sheets to find hairs on the sheets and pillows, so immediately I calls the front desk and Fabian apologized and send housekeeping to clean he also offered to change me to another room but I had undone my bags and was too tired. room service was even worse they picked up the phone called twice and the third time I called Fabian and he transferred me but again there was no answer, so I called him again and he said he will go personally to request them to call me. They did finally and placed my order and the order came fast but the food was horrible the vegetables were not cooked properly and the potatoes were old and soggy no flavor just bad, and the bread was hard and look it was left overs from breakfast. In the morning the I wanted to get out of the hotel and go to another one and when I explain my experience to the manager in turn she questioned me if I had taken pictures of everything I was saying. Then she asked me to cancel my reservation in booking to process a refund for the night I wasn’t going to be there and I did, now booking says they refuse to refund the money for the unused night.
