Transfer dall'aeroporto ottimo.

Cons Non ho potuto soggiornare in hotel perché il Mercure non ha un sistema di backup nel caso in cui salti il loro gestionale. Quindi, non sapendo quali camere fossero libere, mi hanno rifilato una stanza usata da una persona che aveva fatto il check out nella notte, senza avvertirmi; l'ho scoperto entrando in camera e trovando il letto disfatto. Mi sono lamentata e sottolineato che per questioni igieniche non avrei dormito in una stanza usata da un estraneo. Ho aspettato 1 ora e mezza e alla fine di questo tempo ho chiamato booking e ho deciso di lasciare l'hotel. L'operatore di booking è stato gentilissimo e mi ha fatto avere il rimborso della stanza. Invece, non ho ricevuto nemmeno 1 mail da Mercure per scusarsi dell'accaduto.

Comfortable hotel in a good location for a city weekend break.

Good location. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. A/C worked. Chilled water station on each floor.

Cons Nothing to complain about.

Das Hotel Mercure ist ein tolles Hotel mit einer perfekten Lage.

Das Frühstück war gut, der Café war auch gut. Service war sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer und das Bett ist sehr angenehm zum schlafen geeignet.Der Fernseher war klasse in Zimmer.

Cons Fitness Studio und ein Pool wäre noch perfekt gewesen.

Tesis merkeze çok yakın yerdə bulunuyor. Temizliği ve olanakları iyiydi.

Cons Fiyat biraz daha ucuz ola bilirdi.
