The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent.
Cons We got wet a few times standing outside from the overflow pipes.

Cons Very disappointed, the AC in the room didn't work properly, I could hear all my neighbors at night, I barely slept during the night..yes the location is good but at that price point I was expecting more from the hotel, it is very basic and probably need some refurbishment
Convenient, clean hotel.
Was only here for a stopover for 1 night. Great position. Close to shops and the port which is a nicer part of Naples. Convenient for our needs.
Cons The terrace bar was not open the night we were here. Whilst we were able to access the area, no service or staff were available to have a drink. Disappointing as the hotel advertises the area as being open till 11.00pm. We had come back to the hotel to have a drink after dinner and this was a disappointing end to the night.
Very nice hotel staff! Breakfast was great👍
