Mercure Riga Centre

Rooms have serious maintenance issues: broken bathroom tiles, water damage, mold smells, and thermostats that don't work. Breakfast is cramped and slow with long waits. Location is excellent next to shopping, but the hotel overcharges for parking and spa while delivering poor four-star quality for the price.
