Mercure Tirana

Great hotel, location & service

I liked everything and if again in Tirana, definitely would choose the same hotel. Clean, location is perfect, staff is friendly. Special mention to Stella, who was very helpful and attentive at the check in, offered to store the bags and visit the swimming pool till our room got ready. Parking is quite big and available for guests. Happy overall

Cons Breakfast has very limited options for food but the lady who works there was amazing, super helpful as well. Brought oat milk from the kitchen when I requested.

Really service minded staff and heart warming people. We really enjoyed it and would definitely book it again if we go to Tirana. There is also a mall close by. It was a nice location

Great pool area and friendly staff. Very clean rooms and furniture has no significant wear.

Cons A bit far from the town but can use taxy instead of walking. The hotel restaurant had some not so great dishes like the tuna tartare.
