Cons My make up mirror was broken, restaurant not accesible to minors
Disappointing, compared to our prior stays at this facility.............
Cleanliness of room and hotel overall was great! Staff was mostly friendly and helpful.
Cons Spouse lost her Primary ID. Had secondary ID with all the necessary requirements including photo and was a registered guest at the hotel, but was denied access to Casino. Couldn't get in even to use restaurants in casino area, the one we could access was closed, and we couldn't get room service at time of night. Since we had attended a concert in town, we ended up not having access to food at the hotel. We believe this is something that could have been handled a lot differently, since my spouse had a valid picture ID that wasn't a Drivers License, but was a CPL license, with all the pertinent information that should have been needed to safely enter the Casino. This inability to access the Casino made it impossible to hang out with the other couple we traveled with. I feel the hotel staff should have been able to assess the situation and accept the alternate ID, but no effort was made. I regret to say, but this will definitely affect my choice of whether to stay at this hotel in the future or not.

The room was not clean; most the stuff that in the room was opened already , bathroom was not clean at all there is hiar in the shower all over the floor. The hotel outside had a dirty sidewalk, not clean at all; trash all over the sidewalk, for first time i have seen the MGM property like that it was disappointing.
Overall decent if all other 5 stars are booked out, but probably wouldn't stay agaiif I had a choice
Decently sized rooms and big bathroom, clean, nice view
Cons Not a true 5 star. Not a huge fan of MGM generally, feels commercial, they tried to downgrade our room because they said they were overbooked but then finally gave us the room we were meant to have. Rooms are fairly basic, no sit down breakfast place, room service at breakfast is very cheap (brown bag, everything is throw away stuff), not the most central location.
