Iconic location, great views, class all around. Would definitely choose this location again.
View was amazing from 18th floor, staff were incredibly friendly and professional, location was good with access to lots of ferry options. Particular thanks to young Noong who made me coffee every morning early with a smile in the breakfast room, also Tai, and at the outside counter, Noom was always smiling and helpful. And Bum servicing our room. The breakfast check in staff were particularly welcoming and thorough

Everything! Very pretty and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast buffet is 10/10 and the restaurant on the 3rd floor was really nice
