Sehr gut war vor allem June, die uns eingecheckt & ausgecheckt hat, weiter so 😊! Aber auch Bank macht einen sehr gut Job! 😊

Cons There are some faults with the bathtub but not a major issue as I was already checking out.

The Staff were amazing.. could not fault them.

Cons For the amount of money we paid over $3000 for a suite on the 28th floor it was extremely uncomfortable bed and extremely uncomfortable lounge. Both items where ROCK hard i believe the floor would have been more comfortable, which made it impossible to get a good night sleep on the bed or the lounge which they say is an extra bed if needed as we did. We booked a hotel in the Hilton this is luxury we certainly did not experience luxury.

Perfekter aufenthalt

Top Lage, alles vor der Tür was man benötigt. Wunderschön mit Blick am Fluss. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Checkin und checkout sehr einfach. Schönes Zimmer mit, wie man es von Hilton kennt, 1a Schlafkomfort :) Besonders haben uns die hauseigenen Restaurants überrascht. Nach 4 Wochen Urlaub in Thailand ist man ja gutes Essen gewohnt aber hier hat uns das Hotel total abgeholt. Wirklich gute Qualität. Ein highlight! Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch sicher wieder!
