Great location, about 5 mins walk from Sapporo station. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful when we had requests/questions. Comfortable and spacious shower room with good quality toiletries. Netflix was available but only in Japanese so we didn’t get to use it anyhow
Cons The fact that the images used for the room we booked was not accurate. The images they used for our room showed that there was an additional sink in the room, so we were surprised when we found out that wasn’t the case. Turns out they used the same pictures from the higher tier rooms for all other rooms and I think this was extremely misleading and also disappoint when the actual room turned out to be different than what was portrayed. As for the room layout, although the room we booked was more spacious (32m2) but the layout was not properly optimized, you’d have to squeeze through a narrow gap between your bed and the toilet door to get to the shower room/sink area and the WC room, which was separate, was extremely tight despite the room size.
