This modern hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms with good amenities like luxury toiletries and filtered water. Staff throughout are attentive and helpful. Note that climate control can be unreliable in winter, bathroom design is quirky, and elevators run slowly, but the great location near Itaewon and quality dining make up for these issues.
