The staff are extremely helpful and well-intentioned. The food is delicious, though the breakfast isn't filling. It is reasonably priced considering the quality.

Cons "Sustainability" is just an excuse to cut costs. There is no water in the rooms; you have to get it from the dispenser in the lobby. If the goal were truly environmental protection, they would use glass bottles. The rooms are tiny, and the air conditioner is positioned so that it blows directly onto you while you sleep. There is very little space to hang clothes, and nowhere to hang a towel in the shower. There are protrusions on the bottom of the swimming pool that can scratch swimmers' feet. Don't be fooled by the "Hilton" name; the room is essentially just four walls and a ceiling. Some rooms face another wall—be sure to ask about this specifically when booking. The complimentary breakfast is pointless; it doesn't even fill you up. For example an additional quarter-slice of avocado costs an extra 40 pesos.

Camera molto bella, piccola ma funzionale. Ben arredata. Rooftop incantevole con piscina, palestra e bar. Sala colazioni molto accogliente. Parcheggio disponibile e sorvegliato, posizione ottima per le attrazioni dell'area.

Cons Colazione servita in tempi molto lunghi e molte cose sono a pagamento, la prima mattina i pancake sono arrivati bruciati.

Gutes Hotel für einen Tulum Besuch

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben hier für vier Tage übernachtet und hatten ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür (quasi zwei Zimmer) gebucht. Die Sauberkeit war top und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Die zwei Swimmingpools auf dem Dach gehören definitiv zu den Highlights des Hotels. Auch das große, voll ausgestattete Fitnessstudio ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die kostenlose und sichere Tiefgarage für den Mietwagen. Die Gegend bietet einige gute Restaurants und zählt unserer Meinung nach zu den ansprechenderen Ecken von Tulum.

Cons Die Poolmöbel könnten ein Upgrade vertragen – insbesondere fehlte es an Sonnenschirmen. Auch das Frühstück (je nach Tag mal Buffet, mal à la carte, ohne erkennbares System) dürfte gerne etwas besser und vielfältiger ausfallen.
