Comfortable, functional rooms, with a good bathroom. Location is excellent and soundproofing is good.

Cons If the room design is such that your own suitcases/ travel bags are to be used as 'drawers/ wardrobes' then a better shelf to support them would be good (only hangers and hooks are in the room) - I'm ok with this but something better than a single foldable luggage rack would be better. More shelving is also required for bits and pieces, anyone needing to work would not have space for PC etc. I thought the breakfast was very expensive for the offer, and didn't use it.

Cons The room felt very basic for the price charged. There was no safe or fridge, limited storage and no wardrobe. The tiny shelf holding the coffee machine offered no practical space to use a laptop. A room safe, in particular, would have been welcome. My main concern was the bedroom door, which didn’t always close and lock properly. I got into the habit of checking it every time I left. On one occasion, I returned after the room had been cleaned to find the door slightly open and unlocked. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it was still concerning. I don’t blame the cleaner—the door closer appeared to need adjusting so the door would shut and lock reliably. This is a maintenance issue that needs attention, as guests should feel confident their room is secure.
