Cons We had lots of problems with the key cards.
The staff were exceptional, helpful and showed great initiative and respect. Can't praise them enough
Cons The room was tiny and far too small for two people - particularly at 400 CAD for one night (the most expensive and least comfortable room we had in 34 days in Canada) - the facilities were poor - no fridge - until we asked - no microwave, difficult to find parking garage. Overall extremely unsatisfactory - except for the staff who were superb.
