Very positive, but with a few disturbances from a squeaking door close to my room.

Cons There was a bit of noise from the other rooms. I was staying at the 2nd floor in room 227 and could often hear a squeaking door going up and being closed again.

Really good staff, clean rooms, and great Sunday brunch!

Liked the location, rooms were clean and facilities overall were great. Overall was a really good stay and that Sunday brunch spread is exceptional. Really attentive staff overall as well (helpful with airport transfers etc.). Will definitely stay again!

Cons One issue was the one meal I had in room service on my first night. Food took a while to arrive and even though I asked for medium for my steak, I got an overdone steak instead. The other was not having an ironing board set in the room for simple DIY pressing of clothes etc. This is standard in most hotels these days

A good business hotel.

The hotel is a good location in the heart of Abidjan; it is convenient for business purposes. The staff were friendly and supportive where possible. They made us feel welcome and arranged for us lots opportunities of soccer watching of the Soccer World Cup.

Cons The property is getting a little tired and probably needs a little facelift. Breakfast was disappointing. Not quite value for money. Sadly, there was no opportunity to watch the Soccer World Cup games on the TV in the hotel room.
