Horrible, hôtel à fuir

Cons Très déçus par cet hôtel. Le personnel était désagréable et peu à l’écoute, la propreté des couloirs laissait vraiment à désirer avec de mauvaises odeurs, et les chambres n’étaient pas faites régulièrement sans avoir à réclamer. Le petit-déjeuner était catastrophique et la machine à café n’a pas fonctionné durant tout notre séjour. Globalement, rien n’était à la hauteur. Cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas, selon nous, son classement 4 étoiles.

Very positive, but with a few disturbances from a squeaking door close to my room.

Cons There was a bit of noise from the other rooms. I was staying at the 2nd floor in room 227 and could often hear a squeaking door going up and being closed again.

Really good staff, clean rooms, and great Sunday brunch!

Liked the location, rooms were clean and facilities overall were great. Overall was a really good stay and that Sunday brunch spread is exceptional. Really attentive staff overall as well (helpful with airport transfers etc.). Will definitely stay again!

Cons One issue was the one meal I had in room service on my first night. Food took a while to arrive and even though I asked for medium for my steak, I got an overdone steak instead. The other was not having an ironing board set in the room for simple DIY pressing of clothes etc. This is standard in most hotels these days
