The location was great!
Cons The breakfast was pretty ordinary and not worth $39. Car valet service was woeful as they lost my keys for 15mins and the car was always late even though I had booked 1-2hrs ahead. The staff were inefficient without an apology for the above.

The modern decor was appealing. I like the recycling and minimal use/rubbish bin. The coffee was nice too.
Cons Lack of parking is a huge issue. How can being charged to stay in a high rise carpark best practise? Surely a discounted rate, particularly if it is only over night, be available.

The Bed was very comfortable and the location was great.
Cons Some staff at the front desk were friendly at the front desk but there were also some very rude staff at the front desk. The room I stayed in was too small. The cleaning of the room was done every second day and the person doing it didnt know what they were doing, towels were left everywhere, no rubbish was removed and basic ammenities wernt left for us.
