The staff were very good

Cons The bed was uncomfortable Lining up for the coffee machine at breakfast No cups, cutlery, bowls when you get there

Central and friendly staff

Breakfast was delicious. The chocolate hour looked and sounded delicious.

Cons Coffee machine in room leaked. The coffee machine makes tiny coffees and you have giant cups. I think the mini bar items are missing an amazing opportunity to showcase all local high quality products. I had to find room service after waiting an hour for delivery of food in-house.

Decent choice if you are staying in Hobart for a few days

Decent hotel, rooms are clean, got all the equipment/facility we want. Also has a chocolate tasting afternoon tea event, free chocolate dessert in the afternoon.

Cons the parking service can be improved. We got 2 cars and they keep only getting us 1 car at a time unless we ask them to check the other car again.

Lovely hotel with some great extra touches

Location was excellent and the breakfast was very tasty. 'Chocolate hour' was a lovely surprise. Lovely bathroom amenities in the room as well as quality mini bar items. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons I thought the parking cost of $42 was a little steep.

I would stay there again if I return to Hobart

Location is absolutely mint and the hotel was well maintained. Friendly and competent staff.

Cons Given that it was very windy when I was visiting, there was a constant draft sound from the room door. Not sure if that was caused by said wind or just a construction flaw of the building.
