The hotel has clean, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast, but staff won't add extra beds to rooms listed as fitting multiple guests without charging for an upgrade.

A very good experience
The front desk and the concierge were wonderful. We arrived very early and they helped to find a room and move in our bags while we were out in town. The rooms were very clean and the wifi was good. The breakfast was amazing. The complimentary chocolate hour in the afternoon was a lovely bonus.
Cons The room felt a little cramped; a niche for storing bags would have been useful. The bed was too soft for comfort. Is there an option for a harder bed? The location is not bad in terms of distance to the main attractions, but there is little in the near neighbourhood.
