Great swimming pools, but the overall experience was disappointing due to cleanliness issues, unpleasant bathroom odors,

The pools was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Cons There were ants in the room, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, and there was no bidet spray (shattaf) in the toilet. Food and drinks at the resort were significantly overpriced, even for a five-star hotel

Cons When I arrived i had to wait a little bit, the room was not ready, but it was not a long time.

Ein voller Genuss!

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Poolbereich ist spektakulär, der Strand schön. Zwei Mal sind wir Schnorcheln gegangen, das hat uns gut gefallen. In den Restaurants haben wir an allen 3 Tagen sehr gut gegessen. Fazit: Die Hotelanlage ist besonders schön. Es wird offensichtlich hervorragend geführt und dadurch hohen Standards gerecht. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
