The view from our room was gorgeous., and there was a little couch area right by the window so you can stare at it for as long as you like. The bed was large and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The toiletries were the best of any hotel we stayed at, especially the new bath salts they left every night. The breakfast was also delicious! So many great options. I especially enjoyed the build-your-own fish sandwich station. And the people who ran the buffet were incredibly polite and made sure nothing ever ran out.
Cons One of the nice people at the front desk accidentally misled me about their laundry services, though it could have just been the fault of the language barrier when I did my best to converse in Japanese. They have a laundry machine, which works fine (though the dryer needed a couple of extra runs...) but I thought at first that they only provided the dry cleaning laundry service, for which I couldn't find the bags to use that he claimed were in the hotel room's closet. Again, probably just a misinterpretation on my part, but it was a bit of hiccup in our stay.
