高級ホテル感を味わえるホテル

2023年にリニューアルオープンしたと聞きました。25年くらい前に名古屋観光ホテルを頻繁に利用していましたので、変わりようにビックリしました。６Fにフロントがあることも斬新で驚きでした。名古屋観光ホテルは、名古屋地区の老舗ホテルで重厚感もある高級ホテルと考えて居ます。ホテルは重厚感、高級感があります。朝食を頂きましたが、会場は解放感のある明るく朝食に相応しい部屋でした。平日のせいかそれほど混雑しておらずゆっくり食事が出来ました。海外からの宿泊者が多いホテルと思います。部屋からフロントに連絡をすると【〇〇様、ありがとうございます】という風に名前を呼ぶ対応は良いと思います。地下鉄駅からも近く便利も良いホテルです。

Cons staffの方々は、若い方が多くまだ十分に慣れていない感じがしました。チェックイン時に、朝の新聞サービスがありますと紹介されましたので、お願いしましたが翌日は入っていませんでした。バスタオルも部屋の外に交換品として出していましたが、新しいモノはありませんでした。両方ともフロントに連絡して持ってきて頂きました。SPA施設があるようでしたが、チェックイン時に、案内はされませんでしたので利用はしませんでした。

Luxury stay and friendly welcoming staff

We stayed in the Espacio Hotel with lounge access. What a divine experience, everything from our room to the spa/pool areas and lounge area. The included food and beverages in the lounge were delicious and generous. After days of hiking it was the ideal reset, left feeling very pampered. A highlight was also the friendly staff, a standout being Saki who went to great lengths to assist us with an online booking. She is an asset to the hotel! One day we’ll be back
