Cons Rooms were warm even at low a/c setting
Very bad experience
Extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and hospitality for premium guests at this property. We arrived at 12:25 for a 14:00 check-in. Knowing we would be early, we purposely paid a significant premium for rooms with Concierge Lounge access. At almost every other club-level hotel in the world, early arrivals are welcomed to wait comfortably in the lounge until their room is ready. Not here. The staff rigidly refused us entry, took our bags, and told us to wander around until exactly 14:00. If you expect standard international luxury hospitality or any common-sense flexibility to rest after a long trip, look elsewhere. Rules are rules here, with zero empathy shown to premium guests.
