Nature Kigali

I love it so much

The place is so clean and peaceful. You also feel know that people are around as you can hear the faint chatter of people and birds from your window, yet it does not disturb you. The staffs are oh so hospitable, very helpful, very polite and always with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.

Cons It’s natural , like the name nature Kigali. Very minimal amenities, no AC in the rooms , no refrigerator or intercom. The air is natural though so it does not feel hot and the staffs are within reach.

Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstraße in einem sehr schönen Viertel. Das Personal beim Frühstücksservice und im Restaurant ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

Cons Die Fotos bei Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität, was nicht sein darf. Die Grünfläche vor dem Haus ist ein gepflasterter Parkplatz und der Garten gehört komplett zum Restaurant. Hier finden die ganze Zeit Events statt, so dass es relativ laut ist. Zimmer mit Balkon bedeutet hier außerdem, dass es einen Balkon außerhalb des Zimmers gibt. Hier schaut man auf den überdachten Spielplatz, der zum Restaurant gehört. Hier legt man eindeutig den Schwerpunkt auf eine Eventlocation als auf das Hotel.

Ottima la colazione e molto disponibile e gentile il personale. Decisamente simpatico il marito della titolare che ci ha fornito molte informazioni utili.

Cons La camera è molto ampia, ma manca di carattere. Potrebbe essere allestita meglio.

La terrasse, le restaurant, le petit déjeuner, l'amabilité du personnel sauf à la reception.

Cons Accueil détestable à la réception lors de notre arrivée. Nous avions également réservé une chambre avec balcon... mais le balcon n'est pas raccordé à la chambre. Aucun intérêt.

A must-stay for a first timer in Kigali

As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and welcomed. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff were caring and kind. Having the clothing shop on site was a win-win- I walked away with a lot of beautiful well-made Rwandan clothes!

A small, safe, clean and comfortable option with great staff! Rather noisy.

The staff were great - really went the extra mile. Location was good on the outskirts of the city but easy to access. Just off the main road. Food portions very generous and delicious!

Cons Mattress was extremely hard. Pool is out of service. Shared balcony allowed for invasion of privacy in my bathroom. Kids play area open to the public lent to a lot of noise afternoon and evening - kids shouting and screaming. Not so relaxing if you are in the back rooms. View of city obscured by trees. Construction next door.
