Loved the decor and vibes- loved that it was right on Cuba. Parking was handy and affordable. Staff were all lovely and helpful.
Cons Just that the pool wasn’t heated- very minor but my 2 and 4 year old would have loved that 😂
Utterly dreamy, lush comfort.
My experience of staying at the Naumi Hotel in Wellington was utterly dreamy from the moment I arrived until I reluctantly tore myself away and returned back to the real world. Stepping into the hotel lobby is a real treat for the senses. And my room was so incredible it was difficult to go and enjoy the ACTUAL reason I'd gone to the city. Stepping out the door and onto Cuba Street meant getting to the theatres for the film festival was a breeze - didn't need to bus or hire transport as it was an easy walk all over the city. I travelled alone and felt super safe and very well looked after.
Cons The only thing I can think of that would have made it better, would have been staying longer.

Cons Well I feel like I cannot leave a positive review. I booked the property for 2 nights, knowing I would arrive in the early morning the day after, so I’d need to check in in the morning. I messaged the day before to inform them of this, but received no response. I arrived to Erick on reception who told me I had no-showed. I showed him the message, explained that I had booked for 2 nights but he didn’t care and told me I had to come back for 3PM checkin. I am limited mobility and am unable to walk on one foot and when I asked him what he expected me to do from 7-3pm, he told me I can leave my bags there. Then, he told me after my protests that he could give me a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Face with NO OTHER OPTIONS, I accepted. He took me upstairs and made me bring my bags up to the room only to tell me whilst stood in the room that he’s decided that he now can’t give me this room until 3PM and that I need to give him back the key and wait in reception or leave. I was absolutely gobsmacked at this, so waited in reception for a manager. The manager did not even speakk to me, just disappeared into the back room and sent Erick out to check me into my room after all that. To top it all off with no apology, Erick reminded me in the lift that I would still need to pay full price. Thanks Erick! So no, I will not be staying again and am even more exhausted after a long flight and struggling with mobility issues
Great stay, helpful staff
The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Hygiene standards were high throughout, and the breakfast offering was extensive and of very good quality. We left a few items behind in the room, and the hotel kindly arranged for them to be sent on to our next address. Very much appreciated.

The location was a real bonus leading directly to Cuba Street where we found great food places.
We absolutely loved our room "501". It was just as pictured and even more WOW when we stepped inside the room. Very much enjoyed going back to our room and soaking up the beautiful ambiance. Everything we needed was available.
