New Madinah Hotel

I am not satisfied with my stay at this hotel

This hotel is a complete waste of money. I had to call the reception for room cleaning after 4 nights, when the cleaner came he just changed the linens and left he didn’t even clean our rooms, our shower stuff were not changed including dental kits and towels. This hotel is outdated needs renovation. One of our showers sink was blocked and I told the cleaner and someone came the following day and fixed it. I had to call the reception the entire day for some spoons and plates and we received them the next day. I requested few hours late check out and they would charge me around $600, the receptionists are not helpful at all when it comes to early check in and late check out particularly the female receptionist.The breakfast was ok. I have paid 3 times more than it worths. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. There are other nice hotels nearby which provide excellent services so do some research about other hotels in the area before you make reservation in this hotel.

Cons I didn’t like the delivery of services by the receptionists

Good location with good room service, need to renovate the rooms and change the old furnitures.

My overall stay was good with excellent for breakfast.

The location was fantastic. Less than 6 minute walk to masjid al nabawi. The staffs are amazing. I will give the staffs 10/10 for their excellent customer services. The breakfast was first class. I have not had such superb breakfast in a long time, not even in the 5* hotels. I will give 10/10 for breakfast. But the hotel need a lot of work. The interior in the rooms looks very old and very tired. Carpet needs replacing, the walls need repainting for a more brighter look. The bed frames are absolutely tattered and need changing. This hotel has a lot of potential. It could easily be a 5* if what I mentioned above is taken care of.
