Cons They lost their hot water and pressure on my second day and we had to take cold showers for 3 days. It was disappointing and unfortunate.
I won't be rebooking for next year.
Cons I've stayed at this hotel the last 4 years annually and it has really gone down hill. My room had a musty smell, the phone nor TV worked in the room upon arrival. I called the front desk and was able to get the TV fixed by maintenance. The tub was peeling and appeared dirty. I went to buy a tub mat as I didn't even want to step in the tub with bare feet. In addition, the elevators are extremely slow.

Cons Water damage in bathroom, shower shelf coming apart from wall. Not enough linens provided. There should not be a charge for breakfast buffet. Comfort inn and cheaper hotels have better continental breakfast for free that is better.
