Location, view, good size.
Cons No microwave, elevators kept malfunctioning.
Checking in and out. Downtown location was fine
Cons Air conditioner/ heating system was extremely loud when the fan came on and off.
It was quite and I had access to the Vip lounge, which was cool. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool or gym this time. A plus for me that it was with in multiple restaurants so I didn't have to drive or take an Uber anywhere. Will definitely stay again. I also was able to check in early which is a plus. Most places you have to wait until 4pm to check in.
Cons I have no dislikes at the moment.
Hotel was in walking distance for food n the Spirit of Norfolk.
Cons Toilet kept running
