Bring your own hair conditioner
Beautiful hotel and great rooms
Cons This hotel was clearly designed by and for men, not women. Particularly men who have little to no hair. They provide no hair conditioner in the bathrooms, which is crazy for a 4 star hotel. I called 5 times over a 18 hour period to request hair conditioner so I could wash my hair - 2 times they said yes and brought me shampoo instead. 1 time they said no it’s not possible as they have none. 1 time they said they’d bring it, but nothing came. Then eventually on the 5th time they brought some - about 18 hours after my first request. If this was a backpacker hostel then fine I’d go out and buy my own conditioner, but this is supposed to be a normal hotel so it was crazy that they don’t have amenities for women to wash their hair!
