I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the customer service. In particular, Tahar at reception was extremely friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and answered all my questions with a smile. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’d like to say a special thank you to Tahar for his outstanding service.
Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert da es nahe beim Flughafen liegt und einen Shuttlebus anbietet.
DIE Lobby sehr nett gestaltet und das Restaurant gut eingefügt, ebenso die Bar. Die Dame am Empfang was sehr freundlich, effizient und Professional, obwohl sie alleine am Empfang war und mehrere Leute den Empfang belagerten. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, wirklich gut.
Cons Die angebotene Minestrone im italienischen Restaurant ist etwa so weit von einer richtigen Minestrone entfernt wie Cairo von Rom. Das war eine dünne Suppe mit Gemüse und 3 oder 4 Nudeln. Das Zimmer war eigentlich gut, wäre noch besser gewesen wenn die Shampoo und Duschgel Flaschen aufgefüllt gewesen wären. Der Teppich benötigt DRINGEND eine Shampoo-Reinigung, zum Teil ist er voller Flecken.
