Highly recommended for both solo and family ! NICE BIG ROOM though dental kit missing.Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good and MR MOHAMED staff at the coffee shop was very attentive!Well located. Special thanks also to the SALES MANAGER AND MR HAMDY-KARNAK EGYPT AIR who allowed a late check out till 4 pm.

Very nice indeed.

Had an amazing time. The staff were all really friendly and so helpful. Check in and out was very smooth. The twin room was spacious, clean and comfortable, we were on the 6th floor and had no issues with noise. The complimentary water every day was very much appreciated. Breakfast was varied and tasty. There was nothing to complain about. Thank you for making our 7 day stay so pleasant.

Good short stay

Very friendly and professional staff, nice room and good food including breakfast.

In need of a makeover

I had a Nike facing room. Extremely noisy, even on the non Eid days. Loud music until the early hours. The room wasn't befitting of a 4Star with old furniture and damaged tiles, but it was exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff were wonderful. The breakfast had a wide range of food and drinks and the staff were friendly and attentive. One problem with the hotel is the evenings. The rooftop bar is freezing and the new restaurant (still getting set up) was uninviting and also cold. Unfortunately, the food wasn't much warmer and even though we complained, we still had to pay. Be mindful of the Taxi Service desk opposite reception. They overcharged us for a trip to the GEM. Use Uber instead. The pool is small, but peaceful. It's a shame there is nowhere inside the is quiet.
