Cons Sauna has been permanently closed. If it had a Sauna, it would make the Hotel Exceptional as it already has an indoor heated pool and Spa

Cons This is a minor inconvenience, but the design of the "do not disturb" signs to hang on the room door handles made it difficult to close the door from inside the room with the sign displayed. I eventually worked out how to jiggle it further along the handle so it could display, but it would be great if those could be slightly narrower/easier to hang in the future. Otherwise, everything was great!

Cons the first edition restaurant service, food took a long time to come out even kids meals. Had to ask for steak knives, very few options for gluten free and dairy free. Parking was a bit far away, would’ve liked to have been able to reserve hotel parking ahead of time. Breakfast deal offered shortly prior to stay but then not honored on arrival.
