I am writing to urgently request a refund for our booking tonight at Novotel Genève Centre, as our guests have been forced to change their itinerary due to a severe airline disruption. The guests were traveling from Kathmandu (KTM) to Dubai (DXB), but due to a significant flight delay on this first leg, they missed their tightly scheduled connection in Dubai. Because they were unable to transfer within those few minutes, Emirates Airlines rerouted them directly to Zurich instead of Geneva. As they cannot reach Geneva tonight, and to ensure they have a place to stay upon landing, I have already booked and paid for a new reservation tonight at your sister property, Novotel Zurich City West.
