My stay was exceptionally Nice ...starting from my check in where Ms.Jyoti efficiently completed the formalities efficiently but also ensured that my devices were connected to the wi-fi . I believe team members like Jyoti enhance service levels of the organization. The team memebers at the restaurant and coffee shop were extremely courteous specially a young lady Ms. Rani whose service levels are appreciable Overall a wonderful experience staying at Novatel Kolkata
