Novotel Melbourne on Collins

The location, the beds were very comfortable.

Cons Hotel is looking very tired could do with an renovation. Lighting was bad in room & room could have done with a good clean.

Cons Furniture and decor was worn and tired. Tv was old and was not able to connect to any streaming services or screen mirror from personal device. No use charge points of any description. No light over double bed closest to window

It was a truly beautiful place, comfy clean rooms with good shower pressure . Has its own resteraunt and bar , and so close to the busy part of town where everything is so close

Reasonable price for location and great staff

Cons Uncomfortable beds, dated bathroom, only 1 lift available and unable to get uber etc from hotel as they are using the only available space to trial valet parking

Cons The basics like water bottles missing. No access to clean drinking water except on the reception floor. Poor quality tea and coffee.
