Было два номер один нормальный по размеру, второй оказался микроскопическим, как будто капсульный отель. Абсолютно ужасное местоположение !!! Вы не найдете магазинов ближайшие пару километров, так же как и кафе!! Персонал приветливый.

Great City Hotel with Stunning Pool Views

One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful pool area, which offers breathtaking views overlooking the city skyline. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and created a truly memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious local and international dishes. The quality and variety exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. However, communication could occasionally be challenging, as many employees had limited English proficiency (maybe because the majority of the guests were Japanese). While everyone tried their best to help, improving English language skills would further enhance the guest experience. The fitness center was poor equipment and needed an update. The only notable drawback was the size of the rooms. Although they were clean and well maintained, they felt rather small and offered limited space compared to other hotels in the same category. Overall, this hotel combines excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, beautiful city views, and attentive service. Despite a few minor shortcomings, we had a wonderful experience.

Heerlijk hotel, fijne zwembaden, eigen strand en grote kamers.

Heerlijk hotel!! Fijne zwembaden, het eigen strand is een enorm pluspunt. We hebben hier 4 hele fijne nachten gehad. En zeezicht kamers gekregen terwijl ik het niet geboekt had was een leuke verrassing. Ruime kamers en grote badkamer. Dikke aanrader!

BBQを楽しめました お肉も美味しく キャンペーン期間だった為アルコールも飲み放題でした。 お腹いっぱいになりました。 インフィニティプールは意外に狭く 周りは街並みでしたが 夕日は綺麗でした。 朝食も美味しかったです また、利用したいです

Cons プールが少し狭い感じでした。ファミリーが3組くらいになると子供達がはしゃぐと泳ぐスペースが限られた

Stress free stay at Novotel Naha

I went on a solo vacation to Okinawa and chose Novotel Okinawa Naha as my place to stay. It had nice rooms, a gym (very important to me), parking and reasonable prices for lodging. The hotel has a nice cafe, a restaurant and a market for any small needs. The location was convenient and easy to access, use Google maps for directions!! The staff were ALL so helpful and accomodating. 1 young lady even took it upon herself to continue calling a restaurant to secure a reservation for me while I was out exploring the island. That is definitely above and beyond in my opinion because she didnt have to do that for me and I am thankful for her. There is also, in walking distance, a French chef tasting experience that was immaculate!! I enjoyed my quiet stay and wouldnt hesitate to book there again in the future if needed!

Cons The only reason I took away a point was because parking was listed as one price (which was a determining factor before I booked), but was a higher price when I checked in and I was not made aware of that change in advance.
