The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. It’s right in the city center, which saved us a lot on transportation since many tourist attractions are within walking distance.
Cons One area that could perhaps be improved is the breakfast setup. The coffee and juice machines can be a little difficult to manage during busy hours, as they may not be able to accommodate the number of guests, resulting in some waiting time. I also understand the hotel’s policy regarding taking food to the rooms. However, it would be greatly appreciated if an exception could be considered when a guest is feeling unwell and is unable to eat comfortably in the breakfast area. This small gesture would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.
