Staff quality swings wildly here. The breakfast buffet and gym are excellent, but pool food is poor and staff often seem annoyed by requests. Rooms are nice but you'll hear noise from the pool area above, the AC is loud, and they charge to replace coffee capsules. Location requires taxis everywhere.
