The hotel looks modern and has great breakfast, gym, and pool areas, but service is inconsistent and staff sometimes seem annoyed. Noise problems plague certain rooms, especially those facing roads or under the pool area. Coffee capsule charges and skipped loyalty benefits frustrate guests.
