Novotel on Stevens
Hotel staff Fauzi was excellently helpful.very professional and knew how to make a guest comfortable. Bed was comfortable . Had a good sleep.
Cons Had to pay for ice $6 for a bucket. Dialing '0' did not get the operator. Unreachable Toilet lighting should be brighter.... Privacy for bathroom poor....it has see through glass partition. No full length mirror
There was not much to like but the pool was nice.
Cons The lack of good customer service. Given a monkey smelling room. Checking process so slow and disorganized and totally lack of care.
