It’s very close to MRT and easily accessible. Housekeeping was very responsive too
Cons Some of the amenities like bathrobe were missing in the room. And for the whole stay we didn’t get it

Seemed well organised, clean and good breakfast.
Cons A little further out from centre than expected so not the best for connections. Shuttle bus did help but tortuous route to local metro station and stopped in early evening.

Hotel staff Fauzi was excellently helpful.very professional and knew how to make a guest comfortable. Bed was comfortable . Had a good sleep.
Cons Had to pay for ice $6 for a bucket. Dialing '0' did not get the operator. Unreachable Toilet lighting should be brighter.... Privacy for bathroom poor....it has see through glass partition. No full length mirror

Cons The lack of good customer service. Given a monkey smelling room. Checking process so slow and disorganized and totally lack of care.
