Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and working areas, good for families or business stays. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent though limited, and the location on Malioboro is convenient for shopping and sightseeing, but bathroom floors are slippery and water bottles cost extra.
