Cons I seen two young Asian girls staff in two different times being very rude to customers and one of them was a much older lady didn’t know hie to use coffee machine for hot water - the young girl half hearted showed her then got annoyed the lady couldn’t figure it out it wasn’t a great look. Second girl was taking coffee orders behind coffee bar she was a little bit rude once or twice That was today 31/8

Cons i thought there is a packet of fresh milk each day. but so far only one packet was placed throughout my 5 nights there. and only one packet when there are 2 guests. no slippers were provided. also the rooms were too dim
