Rooms are small, bare, and aging. Beds are firm and generally clean, but guests flag broken fixtures, leaking toilets, and weak or noisy AC. Street-facing rooms get hit hard by boulevard noise, so ask for a higher floor away from the road. For the price, most guests feel they get an Ibis, not a Novotel.
