Location was great, breakfast was great. The front desk was very helpful and the rooms were really comfortable. For work, I had to visit a couple other hotels and I think Novotel had the best balance of value for service.

Cons The workout facilities are a little outdated but still very usable.

The breakfast options were numerous and catered for all manner of tastes. Excellent! The only improvement would be to offer milk alternatives - lactosefree, almond or oat milk.
