Very good breakfast. Clean modernised rooms . Very spacious. Gym was very small.

Cons There were people who would hang around and follow you ( suspect to be homeless) using the rear lift from the shopping centre which comes out in the dining area, the lift has no cctv. This made my wife uncomfortable while travelling in the lift , also the lifts in the hotel weren’t secure and its possible for anyone to go to any floor without a pass .

Great hotel, great location

Loved the location and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Cons The shower head didn’t spray so well.

My family likes how accessible the property is from the CBD. Excellent service from one staff member on Room Service Duty, Olivia. She was so kind and assisted us with our order!

Cons We found the staff members quite grumpy. Particularly front desk.

Room was quiet and cozy, bathroom was clean and even had a bath tub! Convenient location, lovely staff, the valet parking was a bonus since we had a lot of stuff in the boot that was didn't want to unload
