Novotel Wrocław Centrum

Rooms are clean and mostly quiet, but air conditioning doesn't cool properly and windows don't open, leaving guests hot and uncomfortable. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Most guests loved it, but one suffered through poor sleep due to heat and stuffy air.
