Lovely stay in Wroclaw
Staff were very friendly and the food was good. Breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant menu was varied. Great location for the train station and Aqua Park. The Nasyp area is 5 mins walk from hotel and has over 40 bars/restaurants at great prices! I have stayed in Novotels in other countries and this hotel lives up to the quality and comfort of the chain.
Cons The restaurant was a little bit understaffed. Meals took ages to come out and sometimes cold even though the quality of the food was great. But I cannot fault the staff. Friendly smiles always even though they were kept very busy at times. Rooms were very hot and the aircon didn't work. Just blew hot air even after housekeeping looked at it. You couldn't open the window.
