The location is excellent but the hotel needs serious work. Guests found dirty sheets with hair, broken appliances, plumbing issues, and roaches in rooms. Wifi is weak, breakfast is repetitive, and hallway carpets smell old. Staff can be rude or helpful depending on who you encounter.
