The lounge rooms were nice and updated. The halloween decorations in the lobby were nice.

Cons Found roaches in our room We had to turn the power on to our unit via the breaker box and had issues with the thermostat all weekend causing half the suite to stay freezing at night. We accidentally set off the smoke alarms cooking hamburger and the exhaust fan would not work. A worker outside yelled asking what we were doing and we explained. No one came to help. Kids were screaming in the pools up to 1 am. The beds were dated and my back is paying for it.

Very nice and clean hotel

I didn’t directly book my stay through the hotel itself, but through Booking.com. Had I known that if I would’ve booked my stay directly with the hotel and received my breakfast and other amenities, then I would’ve done that, my next stay will be done differently

Cons People bringing their dogs and other pets to this hotel that clearly states, No Pets Allowed. Me and several others are offended by this, I don’t want to seem cruel but when people travel with their dogs, they should either leave them with a relative or dog daycare of you should charge them extra for the hassles

Cons I would like to have a refund because the service was poor had to get my own cups on towels, TV wasn't working.\nFor my three days , maintenance had to do other things. Overall, the service was just bad.Please refund my 3 days or Pi would appreciate it.Thank you
