Room was a bit of disappointment, No welcome greetings or sweets in the room upon check-in.
The initial room offered had problem with toilet door which was rectified when we were offered another room on a different floor. Breakfast and dinner were from external restaurant. But had a wonderful lunch at Medley restaurant, service was exceptional, food was sumptuous and plentyful.
Cons there were no welcome greetings or sweets in the room for my mother's 80th birthday even though this was mentioned during our check-in. The toilet door in our room was broken where the seal was rubbing against each other.
