Love staying at the Omni. Staff is great, facilities beautiful. All around elegant.

Cons Parking to expensive.

Disappointed and I feel I was scammed out of my money

The staff was very nice. Although my stay was not what I booked or wanted every person I felt with was very nice. The manager on duty Saturday was very sweet about the issue with room service and offered me a credit which we were very appreciative of.

Cons I booked a city/stadium view KING bed and instead got a 2 double bed room. When I arrived they pretty much told me they gave my room away that I booked months in advance to someone else. I had people contact me about the property and my accommodations just for them to fail the approved accommodations when I checked in. I was very disappointed with the room. The bathroom sink kept clogging up and black stuff was coming out of the pipes. Then I ordered room service and they lost our order and never brought the food. When I checked out the guy failed to tell me that the credit I had left over I had on my room to charge would be gone after check out and instead told me to use it at the coffee spot right by the checkout counter and when I went to the coffee spot they told me I didn’t have credits because I checked out. I even asked if I could use the credit towards the room or the valet parking and he told me no. I would have been more than happy to use at the coffee spot if I could have.

Closeness to everything

It is a comfortable, clean hotel with access to many Atlanta venues and restaurants.

Cons 1. My car was driven I. The road and when I asked why I was told that it was in the north/south valet and I was picking it up from the opposite. My car should not have been driven outside of the hotel parking at all. 2. We were not given any breakfast information at check in so we were very surprised to find out we could not order room service breakfast unless we had pre ordered it!!!

Not the worst but not the best experience

Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Cons The air was not working in our room. Even after the maintenance crew worked on it. The room never cooled down to a comfortable temperature

Great staff and stay

THE STAFF!! From the informative valet to Tolkyn at the check-in who went above to make the stay fun memorable. We had the chance to run into Kearry who walked us around the property cause it was pouring out and he was committed to doing their best to keep us dry. The bartenders and the house keeping. It was lovely to be around a team that was engaged and care to me the experience a lovely experience. Oh and the obvious concierge she was just there that I didn’t seek out they seek us out to make sure that we knew what we were doing and where we’re going.
