Cons They threw away my medicine that I left in the room without even consulting me. My phone number was on the reservation and medication bottle. They couldn't even hold it for 24 hours... That is so beyond weird to me! 0 customer service skills...

Cons Spa at an additional charge + breakfast (a bit unusual for people coming from Europe) + location is ok, but not super walk-friendly. Food is okayish (I ordered room service)
