Modern top quality hotel free cappuccino
Top notch 5 star hotel. Very classy and amazing bar and Caffe downstairs. Loved the free coffee each morning from downstairs cafe - finally a good frothy latte!
Cons Can't open windows. Hotel was huge. More rooms and busier than I expected. Still v comfy.
It was excellent
It was clean, everyone was nice, and that it had restaurants within walking distance
Cons Nothing
Very clean hotel staff were super helpful especially Edgar & the hospitality team. We also were impressed with Alex the driver. Takesha was also excellent and went above n beyond to make our stay wonderful.
Cons The last two nights there was an issue with the boilers which meant we had luke warm showers 🚿 we were not notified about it and it was only once I had contacted front desk to inquire and complain was I informed. We were told they were working on resolving the issue but it still was not resolved once we checked out.
