Location to Bricktown was good. Overall, the facility is nice and inviting.

Cons Our shower kept backing up because the drain was clogged with hair. There is a dog right above us that cried and barked for two hours straight early in the morning. When we went to the swimming pool, there was trash all over the place. There was nobody there to clean it up. There was fruit all over the ground, big chunks of hair every where.

Liked the stay and would recommend the hotel.

Overall the stay was excellent.

Cons Curbside check in of baggage and vehicle was kaisos. Our bags were not brought to our room so after 45 minutes I went down to the lobby and found them on a cart and took them to our room. This happened at about 3:45 PM .

We will stay somewhere else.

How close it is to the Paycom center

Cons We had to wait past out check in time for our room. They should have told us, before we got there. Once we got off the elevator on our floor we immediately smelled marijuana.

Amazing Hotel

Wow wow wow. Was passing through Oklahoma on our way home. What a Great Hotel. Felt center from everything. Everything my family did was in walking distance. Valet Manager I believe his name was Tommy, asian guy with a deep voice. Never heard any asian with a deep voice before. First time for everything right??? Anyways. He gave us some great restaurant recommendations starting off with BOB steak house!!! I would have love to go there but my 10 year old hasn't experienced high end steak house yet. He will when he gets older. Hahaha. He recommended cajun corner!! Great food. I can go down the list but I would rather you experience what I experience with Tommy. Really knowledgeable with the area. This will be the reason why not to stop by when passing through OKC very friendly. Upon entry you will be stunned. Great lobby. Contemporary and old school look. Great mix. I love it. The entire front desk Team was amazing. Also Shout out to Trey. Great bellhop!!! I will be back when passing through or visiting. Will update more on the property. My trip with my family was way to short. I wishing I could have experience the pool. Next time. Keep up the great work Omni Family!!

Best Experience in Years!

The Omni was an amazingly clean and friendly place to stay! Everyone was so helpful! The selection of food, shopping, and activities to do was astonishing! I highly recommended staying here!
