Overall good.

I did not have breakfast. The Park Grounds was great as usual.

Cons The valet could be better. In the past, you could text the valet and they would bring your car, now that is not available. When I stay for business. I always valet and leave at an exact time the next morning for scheduled meetings. It would be not to be able to set the valet on a schedule to have your vehicle to you at a certain time, it that time was prescheduled.

Location to Bricktown was good. Overall, the facility is nice and inviting.

Cons Our shower kept backing up because the drain was clogged with hair. There is a dog right above us that cried and barked for two hours straight early in the morning. When we went to the swimming pool, there was trash all over the place. There was nobody there to clean it up. There was fruit all over the ground, big chunks of hair every where.

Liked the stay and would recommend the hotel.

Overall the stay was excellent.

Cons Curbside check in of baggage and vehicle was kaisos. Our bags were not brought to our room so after 45 minutes I went down to the lobby and found them on a cart and took them to our room. This happened at about 3:45 PM .

We will stay somewhere else.

How close it is to the Paycom center

Cons We had to wait past out check in time for our room. They should have told us, before we got there. Once we got off the elevator on our floor we immediately smelled marijuana.
