OMO5 Kyoto Gion by Hoshino Resorts

Spacious rooms with kitchen and futons suit families, but the building is old and noisy with pipes clanging at night. Stairs at the entrance challenge people with luggage or mobility issues. No windows except frosted glass into the hallway. Staff are helpful, location near Gion is excellent.
